Itinerary

Arrive at Entebbe International Airport.
Transfer to your hotel/lodge in Entebbe.
Depending on your arrival time, you can visit the Uganda Wildlife Education Centre (Entebbe Zoo) for an introduction to Uganda's wildlife.
Overnight No. 5 Boutique Hotel

Early breakfast, then depart for Mabamba Wetland, a RAMSAR site renowned for its population of the elusive Shoebill Stork.
Enjoy a boat ride through the papyrus channels, searching for various waterbirds including the Shoebill, African Jacana, Malachite Kingfisher, and many more.
Return to Entebbe for overnight at No. 5 Boutique Hotel.

After breakfast, drive to Kibale National Park, famous for its diverse birdlife and primate species.
Arrive in time for lunch, then embark on an afternoon birding walk in the Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary, known for its numerous bird species including the Great Blue Turaco, Papyrus Gonolek, and White-winged Warbler.
Dinner and overnight stay at a Primate Lodge.

Early morning birding excursion in Kibale National Park, home to over 370 bird species including the Green-breasted Pitta, African Grey Parrot, and Black-capped Apalis.
Return to the lodge for breakfast, then relax or take an optional community walk.
Afternoon birding session along the park's trails.
Dinner and overnight stay at Primate Lodge

Depart after breakfast for Queen Elizabeth National Park, stopping en route for birding opportunities.
Arrive at your lodge in time for lunch.
In the afternoon, take a birding boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel, where you can spot numerous waterbirds such as African Skimmers, Pied Kingfishers, and African Fish Eagles, as well as hippos, crocodiles, and other wildlife.
Dinner and overnight stay at Kyambura Gorge Lodge near Queen Elizabeth National Park.

Early morning birding drive in the park's diverse habitats, including savannah, wetlands, and forests, searching for species such as the African Broadbill, Martial Eagle, and Black Bee-eater.
Return to the lodge for breakfast, then relax or take an optional guided nature walk.
Afternoon game drive with more birding opportunities.
Dinner and overnight stay at Kyambura Gorge Lodge.

After breakfast, depart for Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, home to half of the world's remaining population of mountain gorillas.
Arrive in Bwindi in the afternoon, with birding opportunities along the way.
Dinner and overnight stay at Bwindi Lodge.

Early morning birding excursion in Bwindi's montane forests, where you can spot numerous Albertine Rift endemics such as the African Green Broadbill, Shelley's Crimsonwing, and Ruwenzori Batis, along with various other forest species.
Return to the lodge for breakfast, then relax or explore the local community.
Afternoon birding session or optional guided forest walk.
Dinner and overnight stay at Bwindi Lodge.

After breakfast, depart for Entebbe with birding opportunities en route.
Depending on your flight schedule, you may have time for souvenir shopping or additional birding activities.
Transfer to Entebbe International Airport for your departure flight.
